SHIPPING INFORMATION

– SPIKE PERFORMANCE will ship most orders within 2 business days. You will be notified via email if the order is delayed for any reason, and given the option to cancel. – At this time we ship to all 50 US States. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska & Hawaii addresses. – Some products may be eligible for shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico. Please contact us at 956-783-2310 to obtain more information. – We cannot ship to AFO/FPO or some P. O. Box Addresses.

IN STORE PICKUP

– We offer in store pickup at our location. No shipping charges will apply except for special ordered items, expedited or overnight shipping fees to our store, and/or oversized and/or freight shipping charges.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard Shipping. Most orders are shipped using Standard ground shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the package size and weight. Shipping will be calculated during checkout.
Overnight, Weekend or Expedited Shipping. Please contact us if you require this service and we will be happy to provide you with product availability and a shipping quote. We will make every attempt to ship the product needed as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot ship items on holidays and/or weekends.
Oversized Items & Truck Freight. Some products require oversized shipping or Truck Freight. This will be noted in the Product description. Shipping costs for these items are the customer’s responsibility. SPT  will notify you of actual shipping charges for these items and will provide you with the option to accept the shipping charges or canceling the order.
In store pickup may also be available for products in-stock only.
Free Shipping Some products may qualify for Free Shipping. This will be noted in the product description if applicable. Free shipping applies only to items shipped within the 48 continental US states. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada apply as noted in this policy

Spike Performance reserves the right to contact you prior to shipping if actual shipping cost exceeds the cost calculated during checkout.
If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an item is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number. You may also contact us at any time during business hours to check on the status of your order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Shipments refused at the time of delivery, unless refused due to damaged during shipping, may be charged 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly when they arrive. Any item received with obvious damage should be rejected upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us immediately. Please contact the carrier immediately to report any damage due to shipping. Maintain the shipment the way it was received to insure proper damage investigation. In addition, do not remove contents or utilize in any way, as a refund or credit may be denied. (please see return policies).

LOST SHIPMENTS
Items that have been lost during shipping must be reported to us within 10 days of shipment.

Return Policy

Spike Performance – spike-performance.com (referred to in this document as SPT).
SPT wants each of our customers to enjoy a positive shopping experience. We certainly understand that ‘things happen’ and the products purchased may not be what you had in mind or may arrive damaged. For that reason, we have developed very fair policies regarding returns and exchanges. Our goal is to resolve any issues that may occur in a fair and timely manner.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
To request a return, sign in to your account and click on the original order. If item is eligible for return, a Return Request link will be available. Please request a return authorization request and enter the details. We will review the request and respond to you with the resolution within 1-5 business days. You must receive a return authorization from us in order to be considered for a refund or credit. DO NOT RETURN product to us without a Return Authorization from us. No refunds or exchanges will be given for items received without one.
Once return is authorized, an email will be sent with a Return Authorization form and further information. This form MUST be included with the returned item before any refund or credit is given.
Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in product description.
SPT reserves the right to issue store credit in the form of a gift card or gift certificate in lieu of a refund on some products.
All returns must be in “as new” resalable condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging, hardware, instruction manuals, etc.
No returns on items that have been installed or altered in any way.
No returns on special orders.
No returned merchandise will be accepted after 30 days of purchase, unless SPT authorizes the return.
Customer pays all shipping costs on a return item, unless the return is due to SPT error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any items returned to SPT which are not in new condition, or received without original packaging etc will not be accepted. Upon receipt, SPT will inspect the condition of the item(s). SPT reserves the right to deny a refund or credit once products are received for return.
Credit will not be issued for items which are returned in poor condition, or have not been returned following the process outlined in this return policy. If your return is denied, the item may be returned back to you at your cost.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed after it has been received by SPT.
SPT is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipping. Please be sure to use a shipping service with a tracking number and insure your shipment.
A Restocking fee of 25% applies to all returned products. Please see the details in this policy for any exceptions to this.
Your return must be received by SPT within 10 days of the return authorization date. If the item is not received within this period, SPT may not accept the return. If the return is accepted, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged and a store credit for the difference will be provided. Payment will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES:

Please follow same procedures as Return Requests.
You must receive a return authorization from us prior to returning any products to us.
Replacement product(s) will not be shipped until returned product is received in good, unused condition by SPT.
Customer pays all shipping charges, unless exchange is due to SPT error.
If SPT determines that shipping on a product is to be reimbursed to customer, shipping will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit.
Customer is responsible for any price differences.

RESTOCKING FEE:

A Restocking Fee of 25% is charged on all returned products. Product Description will be noted if additional restocking fee applies. In addition, certain situations require a 30% restocking fee: 1 If you refuse any product at delivery for any reason other than shipping damage. 2 If there is no return authorization included. 3 If return has not been authorized by SPT. 4 Any item returned and accepted by SPT after 30 days. 5 Any item that is returned as damaged or incomplete (missing any parts, manuals, etc) or in altered condition – – if such an item is not refused by the warehouse, it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. 6 Any item being returned as defective but proves to be in normal working condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Some products, such as special orders, are non-returnable under any circumstances. This will be noted in the product description if applicable.

STORE CREDIT:

Some products may be returned for store credit only. If so, this will be explained either in the product description or in the return authorization reply.

WARRANTY:
Each and every product on our site is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. The detailed terms of warranties vary from product to product, manufacturer to manufacturer. If you want specific warranty information on a particular product, please contact the manufacturer or contact us. SPT is not responsible for providing warranty or returns. SPT will, at its discretion, facilitate this process with the manufacturer as a service to our customers. Refunds or exchanges from manufacturer warranty can take from 2 weeks to 3 months to resolve. Your patience is appreciated.
